Executive Chef Élise Beaumont returns to New York after a decade refining her craft across the kitchens of Paris, Lyon, and Tokyo, bringing with her a philosophy of restrained luxury.
Every plate is a meditation. Every ingredient, a deliberate choice. Our tasting menus change with the seasons, honoring the integrity of each producer who trusts us with their finest work. We seat just 38 guests each evening — because perfection cannot be rushed.
